1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or requesting, scheduling, or receiving tree services from Laguna Niguel Tree Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. About Our Services

Laguna Niguel Tree Service provides residential and commercial tree services in South Orange County, California. Services include tree trimming, tree removal, stump grinding, emergency tree services, and related work. Specific scope, pricing, and conditions for each job are set out in the written estimate or service agreement we provide before work begins.

We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion, including requests that pose unreasonable safety risks or fall outside our service area.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified. An estimate is not a binding contract until both parties sign a written service agreement.

Final pricing may differ from an initial estimate if site conditions, tree conditions, or the scope of work change after the estimate is issued. We will communicate any changes before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are set out in your service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of work. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee as specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to pursue collection through legal means for unpaid balances.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and the work you need when requesting services
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area on the scheduled service date
• Remove or protect personal property near the work area that could be damaged by tree work
• Obtain any required permits, HOA approvals, or neighbor notifications required by your local jurisdiction before work begins
• Inform us of any known underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hazards before we begin work

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled service by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to unsafe weather conditions or other safety concerns without penalty.

7. Licensing and Insurance

Laguna Niguel Tree Service holds a valid California contractor's license and maintains active general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Proof of insurance is available upon request. We carry these policies to protect our clients and our crew on every job.

8. Limitation of Liability

We take care to perform all work safely and professionally. However, tree work carries inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount paid for those services
• We are not liable for pre-existing property damage, underground utilities or irrigation not disclosed to us, or damage caused by conditions outside our control
• We are not liable for damage to property that was not reasonably protected given the nature of tree work and the access requirements communicated in advance

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. If you have a concern about the quality of completed work, contact us within 14 days of service completion and we will address it. Our warranty covers workmanship defects but does not cover outcomes related to the natural biology of trees, pest activity, drought, storm damage, or conditions that develop after service is complete.

10. Website Use
